Why COT?
COT has been a life changing experience - therapeutic is
a good word to describe it! The group keeps me looking at
life on a positive note. No matter what takes place in my
life, writing a weekly message helps me to put a positive
twist on my life. No matter what our difficulties are,
we all can find a bright spot in a dreary day! I'm
so blessed to have these wonderful spirits in my life on a
regular basis to cheer me on!
